Welcome to the Enrolment Process

We are excited that you are considering Green Trails Montessori for your child’s early learning journey. This page outlines everything you need to get started, including our step-by-step enrollment process, required documents, policies, and helpful resources. Whether you are preparing for your first visit or ready to submit your forms, we are here to support your family every step of the way.

Step-by-Step Enrolment Process

  1. Schedule a Meet-the-Teachers Visit
Contact your nearest centre by phone or email to arrange a Meet-the-Teachers visit before your child’s start date. During this visit, your child can explore the classroom, meet the educators, and become familiar with daily routines while families ask any questions they may have.
  2. Gather and Submit Required Documents
During your visit, please bring the following completed forms and documents during your visit or submit them in advance: [Parent Policies Form, Enrollment Checklist items, Immunization record, Medical form (with care plan if applicable), Sunscreen permission form, Three recent photos of your child]
  3. Complete Fees and Payments
To secure your child’s placement, families submit the required deposit and monthly tuition payment method. Post-dated cheques or e-transfer arrangements may be set up at this time.
  4. Confirm Start Date and Orientation Details
Once documents and payments are complete, we will confirm your child’s start date, share important reminders, and help you prepare for a smooth first day.
  5.  Begin Your Montessori Journey

On the first day, our educators will welcome your child, help them settle in, and support their transition into the classroom community. We keep communication open so families feel informed and supported from day one.

Referral Program

We love welcoming new families into our Montessori community, and your referrals help us continue to grow. When you refer a family who completes registration and joins our program, you will receive a $50 tuition credit as a thank-you.

How it works:

  • Tell the new family to mention your name when they inquire or register
  • Once their enrollment is confirmed, the credit is automatically applied to your next billing cycle
  • There is no limit, each successful referral earns another $50 credit

Your support helps more children discover a warm, nurturing Montessori environment where they can learn, explore, and thrive.
